(Simple Moving Average) when computing the indicator "SlowLength" is the number of chart points used in slow SMA (Simple Moving Average) when computing the indicator |
From "Indicator Properties" you can change the settings for indicator:

This dialog has two sections: "OSC" and "Zero Line" from where you can set line thickness, color and style of components. You can also change "Fast Length", "Slow Length" which are used in "OSC".
