This indicator has two components: "High Media Average" and "Low Media Average".

"HighLength" is the number of chart points used in
SMA when computing HMA
("High Media Average")
"LowLength" is the number of chart points used in SMA when computing LMA ("Low Media Average") "SMA" is Simple Moving Average |
From "Indicator Properties" you can change the settings for indicator:

This dialog has two sections: "HMA" and "LMA" from where you can set line thickness, color and style of components. You can also change "HMA Length", "LMA Length" which are used in "HLMA".
