This indicator has 2 components: "OSC" and "LOSC".
where:

"FastLength" is the number of chart points used in fast SMA
(Simple Moving Average) when computing the first line "SlowLength" is the number of chart points used in slow SMA (Simple Moving Average) when computing the first line "Length" is the number of chart points used in SMA (Simple Moving Average) when computing the second line |
From "Indicator Properties" you can change the settings for indicator:

This dialog has three sections: "LOSC", "OSC" and "Zero Line" from where you can set line thickness, color and style of components. You can also change "Fast Length", "Slow Length" which are used in "OSC". "Length" used when the "LOSC" is calculated.
